This week, Liverpudlian plus-sized bridal business owner Marisa is always super busy keeping her expanding client base happy. But she's about to finally find the time to go through a life-changing procedure… she's going to remove a gastric band she had fitted in Belgium years ago. She went down from a size 24 to, at its lowest, a size 6. But with the band giving her complications, Marisa is excited about getting it removed and going back to her natural size — will the surgery be a success? Meanwhile, People Just Do Nothing actor George Keywood has had to put his wedding plans on hold as fiancée Sienna's family haven't been able to make it over from her native Australia. George has come up with a cunning plan, though, to make up for the disappointment. On the day that was meant to be the wedding day, George has decided to sweep Sienna off her feet… and give his vows to her on a boat on the River Thames. But getting onto the boat is proving choppy for George, and the weather isn't helping either. Will his big surprise turn into a washout?
