On Naxos, Maria joins Governor Ioannis Margaritis to make a traditional Kayana (Scrambled Eggs with Tomato). Back in New York, she prepares a hearty breakfast "the Greek way," which includes Baklava Sticks, Cheese Sticks and Eggs in Tomato Sauce.
