Nastya confesses to the commandant of the hostel, Lydia Semenovna, that she and Zhanna are to blame for her love failure twenty years ago. A combination of circumstances forced Lydia Semyonovna to abandon romantic friendship, and now Nastya is trying to regain her lost years and her former boyfriend. Vika is jealous of Kirill for Zhanna and scoffs at her in every possible way at lectures. Zhanna loses patience and takes revenge for the humiliation in the only way she knows - she takes Kirill away from Vika.
