Taste a special bread boat at Skalka near Seattle's waterfront, and have a lesson cooking asparagus and salmon at iconic Ray's Boathouse in Seattle. We talk with Western Washington Agricultural Association to learn about recent farm legislation, and stock up on pickled brussels sprouts, okra, and of course asparagus at Foster's Pickled Products.
