In search of a solution to this problem, he turns to Lomaev for help and finds out that he planned to demolish the city for the sake of his own business project. Vitya decides to stay in the mayor's chair and fight for the Polar to the end. Tolya and Kolya are doing repairs in Irka's apartment. And Antonina Vasilyevna arranges a debauch in kindergarten.
