This installment details the many crimes of David Russell Williams. He is a Canadian serial rapist, murderer and former colonel in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He was convicted of the November 2009 murder of Marie-France Comeau and the January 2010 murder of Jessica Lloyd. He was sentenced to "life in prison" in 2010, but will be eligible for parole after serving 25 years in prison.
