Byron Highton still remembers the day he ran to see his 17-year-old brother being loaded into an ambulance, blood pouring from 24 stab wounds. Miraculously his brother, who'd been hanging with a rough crowd, survived and vowed to change his life, but a year later, a group of armed men ambushed him in the street and killed him.
