Steve Hartman.  In an interview with CBS News' Major Garrett, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed that President Biden "tarred" his "reputation and that career over the past year by refusing to let go of power." Two leaders of the notorious Sinaloa cartel, including one of the sons of the imprisoned drug lord "El Chapo," Joaquín Guzmán López, were apprehended Thursday in Texas.
