Spouses Svetlana and Evgeniy Lykovy were going for a walk with their children - their 4-year-old son Misha and 9-month-old daughter. Suddenly, a man ran up to the family car in the yard, grabbed the boy and dragged him toward the road. Svetlana recognized him as the biological father of her son. The kidnapper tried to catch up with a family friend who happened to be nearby. But the man sprayed pepper spray in the friend's face and fled with Misha in his arms...
