Two teachers and two students were killed when a shooter opened fire at Apalachee High School in Barrow County, Georgia, on Wednesday morning. Nine others were also injured. The suspect, who was taken into custody alive, was identified as a 14-year-old student. Mark Strassmann has the latest. The Justice Department on Wednesday accused Russia of a sophisticated propaganda campaign designed to sway U.S. voters ahead of Election Day.
