Nicki Chapman heads north to Leicestershire to help a couple of hoteliers find their perfect retirement home. After moving house twelve times, they've decided to put down roots. With a budget of £350,000, they are looking for a three-bedroom detached house with plenty of space and light, a good-sized reception room, a hobby room each, and a garden large enough for a vegetable patch - plus a village pub to round it all off. It's an impressive wish list - let's hope they'll be able to compromise.
