Sean Fletcher is in Lincolnshire to hear how people are preparing for Lent. He joins a group of children from a local Catholic primary school on a visit to Lincoln Cathedral to learn more about the Stations of the Cross, which mark Jesus's last journey to his crucifixion. Sean helps them get creative with their idea to spread the message of Jesus's love by painting 'positivity pebbles'. At St Giles Methodist Church in Lincoln, he meets volunteer Cay Sherlock and hears how vital the warm spaces initiative is, and the free bacon rolls!
The Rev Kate Bottley meets Deirdre Speed from Gainsborough, who not only took in a Ukrainian couple fleeing the war but also welcomed their pet pooch.
With hymns to sing along to from Lincoln Cathedral, including All My Hope on God Is Founded, O Jesus I Have Promised, and Father Hear the Prayer We Offer. Other hymns are There Is a Green Hill Far Away, Brother, Sister Let Me Serve You, and Raise a Hallelujah. There's also a special performance from youth choir Perfect Pitch.
