Jane attends her graduate school's Christmas party in hopes of finding the perfect writing advisor, but things don't go quite as planned. Rogelio is faced with a tough decision about the direction of his life. Petra wants a friendship with Jane, but her mother's antics once again thwart those efforts. Meanwhile, Michael's suspicions have turned out to be true and he thinks he has discovered a lead on a possible rival to Sin Rostro.
