Officer Chuck Elms of the Santa Ana, CA, Police Department responds to a robbery-in-progress call at a fast food restaurant, and at the scene, the officer questions a customer who witnessed the armed robbery. During the examination, Officer Elms learns that the brazen suspects robbed another establishment and were captured on surveillance, spurring an investigation.
