J.R. wakes to find a bomb by his bedside, but it's a fake, placed by Calhoun. Ellie meets with Jenna, who restates she wants nothing to do with the Ewings. Clayton continues to look for Parmalee. Ray want seek custody of his unborn child and distances himself from Jenna and Charlie. Cliff and Wendell come to an agreement. J.R. puts McSween onto Calhoun. April continues her money-making enterprises with Wendell and J.R. Donna gets closer to Senator Dowling, but gets an attack of appendicitis. Calhoun drugs Sue Ellen.
