Meanwhile, following his brain surgery, Seth stages a party to kick off development of his city for the homeless; Inez's film-director mentor demands she sever ties with a vengeful Jimmy; and Wendy is scheduled to be honored for her participation in Seth's Byzantium project, but Bo has other plans, which lead to a stunning catastrophe.
