The couple tried their hand at home improvement over the years, but their poor design choices ended up lowering the value of their home and now it's holding them back. Drew and Jonathan step in with a design plan to transform the tired property into a showpiece, and to make the couple's dream of a beautiful move-in ready home a reality. The budget immediately takes a hit when Jonathan uncovers a costly fix during the kitchen demo. Meanwhile, it's up to Drew to find a luxurious suburban home in the couple's exclusive waterfront neighborhood. And while a frugal Rob is determined to stick to the budget, compromise is the name of the game.
