But until she spruces up her well-worn current digs, the family's not going anywhere. And that's when Drew and Jonathan step in with a real estate intervention. With his limited renovation budget, Jonathan focuses on critical elements inside the house that will restore the home's value. Ignoring the concrete backyard, he overhauls the kitchen, bathroom, and installs new flooring throughout. Meanwhile, Drew's price-conscious house hunt starts with preparing his client for sticker shock in a red-hot real estate market. And then his main challenge is finding a budget-friendly four-bedroom home in Lolita's tiny non-negotiable search area.
