S04E10 A Single Dad Makes the Move to the City

Fire chief and single dad Joe lives in the suburbs with his two teenage daughters. But the non-stop driving is taking its toll, and they're desperate to trade their detached home and crazy commute for a downtown condo with all the perks. That's when the Property Brothers come to the rescue. Because unless Drew and Jonathan step in to modernize the family's bland home, Joe and the girls won't be able to afford their expensive urban upgrade. Jonathan enlists the entire family to help transform their bachelor-pad interiors with an eye-catching makeover. Meanwhile, it's up to Drew to find a move-in ready condo that will fit Joe's budget and his daughters' high-octane wish list. But the problem with downtown living is the bedrooms get smaller while the price tag increases.
