The mother of Katya, who suffers from Down syndrome, turned to Pankratov for help. The thing is that her daughter is pregnant, and the parent demands to find the rapist, because she is sure that Katya, of her own free will, could not have an intimate relationship with anyone. Three of them fall into the circle of suspects - the driver Roman, the director of the rehabilitation center Mitrofanov and the girl's lover, a pupil of the center Oleg. But genetic examination rejects all these versions.
