The body of a young assistant to the district prosecutor Lyubov Volodina was found in the park. A member of the Sedykh investigation team, assistant prosecutor Svetlana Shchukina, takes this tragedy as a personal one, because Lyuba was her friend. Shchukina recalls meeting her in a cafe and spotting a suspicious man watching them. Investigators interrogate workers doing repairs in the park, and they identify several of the rapists at the police base from the photos.
