In this brand new series, six dogs are selected from rescue centres around the UK and paired with six people with disabilities. Aided by two of the country's top dog trainers, the aim is to transform these canine companions into brilliant disability helper dogs. But with just 12 weeks to bond, live and train together, can their lives be changed forever?
