Jack "Madman" Buckner is an old-school newspaper editor: he speaks his mind, makes lots of enemies and doesn't sweat the little details. His young boss, however, has some different ideas of how a newspaper should be run and has no intention of putting up with what she sees as Jack's outdated attitude. Worse yet, she's Jack's daughter.
