Talented neurosurgeon Inna Loseva, having lost her husband on her own operating table, is forced to return to her hometown to help her mother after a stroke. Due to psychological trauma, she can no longer operate, so she gets a job as a therapist in a district clinic. Loseva is trusted with the 8th precinct, which is considered by therapists to be "damned". Soon, Inna faces intrigues and deceit not only from her colleagues, but even from patients and influential officials.
