Post 90s police cadets Wang Ji Xiang, Luo Xin and Zhang Miao Miao have been assigned to the Yong Cheng Xin Qiao Police Station after graduation. However, Luo Xin accidentally causes the death of a mentally handicapped girl and receives a 2-year prison sentence.
