Andrey Ermolov is a fashionable Moscow surgeon, a brilliant diagnostician, with whom appointments are made a year in advance. But Ermolov starts having problems - he is accused of the death of a patient. At the same time, nurse Nastya is taking her seriously ill younger sister Lisa to Moscow for diagnostics. Ermolov is her last hope. But Andrey has no time for the 2 sisters, he tries to prove his innocence, gets into trouble and gets fired.
