A secret project in Korea is exposed to the U.S. The U.S. demands the termination of the project, but a delivery accident occurs during the NIS's attempt to hand over the sample. Paul, a U.S. Agent, harshly pressures the NIS after the incident and confronts the leader of the project, Director Choe. Meanwhile, Jagyeong, a key character in this case, and Lim Sang, a retired veteran, begin chasing Director Choe's subordinate, Moyong, for different reasons. Everyone gathers in the end, and an unexpected turn of events takes place as ownership of the last sample is at stake.
