Policeman Gosha Adamyan wants to head the operational department in Sochi. An enterprising guy has every chance to get a position: he easily copes with any business, using numerous contacts at the resort. But everything changes when Captain Vorontsov from Moscow appears in the department. Adamyan's sister Diana, an aspiring journalist, likes a principled man, but also Kira, the daughter of the head of the local Department of Internal Affairs, whom Gosha is in love with.
