The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer is an afternoon, early evening newscast on CNN and CNN International hosted by Wolf Blitzer that first aired on August 8, 2005. The broadcast currently airs weekdays live from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET from Washington D.C. The show begins with the following open: "Happening Now .....
